- Mammogrid+ Europe: a private funded International project, which aims to develop a European platform for Breast Cancer study, prevention and diagnostic.
- Health-e-Child: a European funded project (FP6), which aims to develop a European platform for the horizontal and vertical integration of data, information and knowledge in Paediatrics, to support sophisticated decision support systems.
- neuGRID: a European funded project (FP7), which aims at developing a google for brain imaging, combining the storage capacity and computing power of the grid with advanced brain mapping algorithms pipelines.
- EELA2: a European funded project (FP7) aiming at deploying the EGEE gLite grid middleware technology in Latin American countries.
